Mind-blowingly affordable, the apartment felt like a super comfy home with jaw-dropping design. Definitely coming back! Great wifi, electric kettle, cookware, AC, flat-screen tv. The peaceful surroundings and adorable fish in the pond were an unexpected bonus.

We had such great stay on a vacation!!
It was located in a quiet area near the embassies. Enjoyed drinks and atmosphere at Atelier Des Reves, placed 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Fantastic base for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. Room is bright and comfy, there were useful a stone fireplace, an electronic key card and a work desk too...

The apartment was great value for money, especially compared to other similar options in the area. the staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially considering my wife was pregnant. the water pressure in the bathroom was fantastic and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. having the option for self-laundry was convenient and affordable.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. There were noticeable dust and cobwebs in the corners, and even cigarette ashes on the sofa.

We loved the comfortable and quiet location, just a short walk away from District 1. the helpful staff quickly resolved our air conditioner issue. the front desk service was pleasant. a great place for families!
